Quand les nuages tombent, où vont-ils ?, est une question que je me suis posée en observant un énorme rocher installé en face de ma maison.
Comme les nuages, les pierres me semblent être des formes naturelles puissantes qui invitent à la rêverie et aux projections narratives. Au milieu de tours hlm, ce rocher m'est apparu fort d'indépendance. J'ai donc construit un scénario pour une vidéo dans laquelle je lui prête une voix pour exprimer sa liberté en tant que matière. Dans ce scénario, il explique avoir autrefois vécu dans les airs, puis atterri sur terre, c'est maintenant une forme rebelle qui n'a pas été transformée par la main des êtres humains.
À ces réflexions s'est apposée l'histoire de Lilith. Elle est, dans les mythes fondateurs juifs, la première femme d'Adam qui, en exigeant un traitement égalitaire à celui de son amant s'est retrouvée la paria du jardin d'Eden.
Quand les nuages tombent, où vont-ils? (When the clouds fall, where do they go?) is a question I asked myself while observing a huge rock installed in front of my house.
Like clouds, rocks seem to me to be powerful natural forms that invite reverie and narrative projections. In the middle of high-rise buildings, this rock appeared to me to be very independent. I therefore constructed a scenario for a video in which I give it a voice to express its freedom as a material. In this scenario, it explains that it once lived in the air, then landed on earth, and is now a rebellious form that has not been transformed by the hand of human beings.
To these reflections was added the story of Lilith. She is, in the Jewish founding myths, Adam's first wife who, by demanding equal treatment with her lover, found herself the outcast of the Garden of Eden.
